Enter User Id and Password. |

Change Password if Logging in for the first time. |

Click on the link Form 31A/ Form 33. |

Fill the Application form and click the submit button. |

If the application is successful,then it will be return to the home page displaying the
Acknowledgement number and beside the Acknowledgement number the option of the print Acknowledgement is present. |

To submit the associated annexures, with Form 31/33, you have to click the Acknowledgement number
display in the home page, and after clicking it will be automatically redirected to the page where you can submit all
the annexures Form 32 A/B/C etc by clicking the names displayed in the page. |

The dealer can apply only after submission of physical return to the charge. |

The dealer may apply for Pre-assessment refund for any period for any quarter within 3 months from the date of submission of such return or within such further time not exceeding four months from date of submission of return may be allowed. |

The dealer is required to submit precribed documents online along with the application. |
